6 months old!!!

Wow, I can't believe how fast these past 6 months have gone by! He is growing up too fast, it's scary! Well we just went to his 6 month appt. and he is above average for his height and weight! I was so not surprised he is becoming a very big boy! He weighed 19lbs. and 1oz. and is just under 27inches long! He is such a great baby! We are so lucky!!! He is just starting to try to sit up all by himself. He can roll over in both directions and just loves to grab everything and put it in his mouth. I just started him on solids and he is doing very well. He loves sweet potatoes! He sleeps through the night and takes two 2 hour naps in the day! It is awesome!

Second Ultrasound!

We had our second ultrasound performed on Monday 11-17. Everything was right where it should be and we are right on track for a due date in late march!!! Above are pictures showing in clockwise order starting with the upper left: Both of his feet almost crossed, a bent leg, and a clear profile shot.

The Newest Bowthorpe

Hey all, we just wanted to share some rather exciting news: as of April 3 (or about then anyway) we will be welcoming a brand new bouncing baby Bowthorpe in the world! We found out in early August but have waited to tell everyone until recently. We are a little nervous but incredibly excited! We will hopefully find out the gender on October 20th and will be rushing home directly to post the news!
